For the past 5+ years, AMS Experts has helped us with all aspects of our AMS management and operation. Our system (Personify) takes considerable specialized knowledge as well as a deep understanding of how we use it. In addition to these daily challenges, they have created Power BI dashboards that source from complex tables that have nested XML fields. This was a very involved project that takes a level of skill that is rare. They completed the work quickly, the reports were accurate, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. AMS Experts was brought to solve the problems related to the report generation, interface with the AMS by AUSA’s chapters, and problems associated with a highly configured system. There are two characteristics of AMS Experts which have been constant since our first meeting – apart from the obvious fact that they know their business – persistence and a genuine desire to teach. In meetings with Mr. Lalani and his team, there was always a sense of urgency in developing options, thoroughly testing each and recommending the best course of action. Throughout this process, each of his staff made sure that we understood what was happening, why it was happening, and the underlying rationale and processes behind the fix. AMS Experts have provided me with innovative solutions over the years at multiple organizations. Most recently, the AMS Experts team developed a custom solution for our HR department to automate the submission and approval of staff leave. They worked directly with the HR manager and IT department to document the business processes, develop the .NET web application, test and deploy the solution. On another project, AMS Experts worked with our database and membership teams to prepare the membership data for a CRM conversion.
